this doesn't look good. i think i'm going to have to have the hoover on permanent standby. it appears madam is utterly freaked out by the little stray tufts of fluff all over the place.she just got some on her hands and wouldn't stop running round screaming "ARGH! FLUFF!" long enough for me to get it off :(

perhaps she was switched at the hospital?
